研究了在最佳降温复温过程中,抗冻剂DMSO质量浓度变化对小牛主动脉低温保存后细胞活性和功能的影响.实验结果表明:DMSO质量浓度为15kg/m3时,血管保存效果最好,70%的血管组织超微结构保存完好.冷冻血管对量浓度为1μmol/Lnorepinephrine的收缩力降到新鲜血管的90%。左右,对同样量浓度acetylcholine的舒张力降到新鲜血管的30%~40%,复温后动脉血管的其他功能保持完好.
