目的探讨老年人心绞痛型癫痫的临床特点。方法对5例心绞痛型癫痫患者的临床表现及心电图、脑电图、头部CT资料进行回顾性分析。结果心绞痛发作时心电图并无急性心肌缺血表现,而脑电图、头部CT则有相关改变,且抗心绞痛药治疗无效,而抗癫痫药治疗有效。结论老年人心绞痛型癫痫临床表现较复杂,但症状比较固定和刻板,且抗癫痫治疗有效,可资鉴别。
Objective To investigate the clinical features of senile angina pectoris. Methods The clinical manifestations, ECG, EEG and head CT data of 5 patients with angina pectoris were analyzed retrospectively. Results angina pectoris electrocardiogram did not show acute myocardial ischemia, and electroencephalogram, head CT has related changes, and anti-angina drug treatment is ineffective, and anti-epileptic drugs effective. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of angina pectoris in the elderly are complicated, but the symptoms are relatively fixed and rigid, and the anti-epileptic treatment is effective and can be identified.
