[目的]研究代森联和乙撑硫脲在西瓜和土壤中的消解与残留变化趋势,评价代森联和乙撑硫脲在西瓜上使用的安全性。[方法]样品经液相色谱测定。[结果]西瓜中代森联的原始沉积量为1.19~2.01 mg/kg,半衰期(t1/2)为4.2~9.0 d;土壤中代森联的原始沉积量为1.02~2.83 mg/kg,t1/2为4.6~5.4 d。用药0.042 d后,乙撑硫脲在西瓜中的残留量为0.07~0.13 mg/kg,t1/2为2.2~2.9 d;在土壤中的残留量为0.07~0.19 mg/kg,t1/2为2.6~2.8 d。施药间隔7、14、21 d,代森联在西瓜、瓜瓤和土壤中的残留量<1.0 mg/kg,乙撑硫脲在西瓜、瓜瓤和土壤中的残留量<0.02 mg/kg。[结论]参照我国规定代森联在西瓜上的最大残留限量(MRL)为1 mg/kg,以及欧盟规定乙撑硫脲在植物性食品上的MRL为0.05 mg/kg的标准,60%吡唑醚菌酯·代森联可分散粒剂按推荐剂量和方法使用,间隔7 d后的西瓜是安全的。
[Objective] The study aimed to study the digestion and residual trends of dexmedetral and ethylene thiourea in watermelon and soil, and evaluate the safety of dextromethorphan and ethylene thiourea in watermelon. [Method] The sample was determined by liquid chromatography. [Result] The original sediment of watermelon Zhongshenlian was 1.19 ~ 2.01 mg / kg and the half life (t1 / 2) was 4.2 ~ 9.0 d. The original sediment of soil sample was 1.02 ~ 2.83 mg / kg, t1 / 2 is 4.6 ~ 5.4 d. After 0.042 d treatment, residues of ethylenethiourea in watermelon were 0.07 ~ 0.13 mg / kg and t1 / 2 was 2.2 ~ 2.9 d. Residual levels in soil were 0.07 ~ 0.19 mg / kg, t1 / 2 was 2.6 ~ 2.8 d. The pesticide residues in watermelon, melon and soil were less than 1.0 mg / kg on the 7th, 14th and 21st day after spraying. The residues of ethylenethiourea in watermelon, melon and soil were less than 0.02 mg / kg . [Conclusion] According to our country’s MRL of 1 mg / kg on watermelon and the MRL of ethylene thiourea on vegetable food of 0.05 mg / kg in our country, 60% Gadoxetine Ester dispersible granules were used at recommended dosages and methods with watermelon safe after an interval of 7 days.
