在现代企业制度不断完善的条件下,如何落实党的全心全意依靠工人阶级(以下简称“全依”)和“三个代表”的方针,加强企业民主管理,保障职工的主人翁地位,形成民主监督和权利制衡的有效机制,不仅是理论上需要研究的重大课题,也是实践中亟待解决的重要问题。上海市轻工业工会、市纺织工会就上述课题进行了调查研究,对轻、纺系统企业民主管理的现状、存在的主要问题及其对策形成了如下共同的看法。

Shanghai Light Industry Trade Union and Textile Union of the People's Republic of China conducted investigations and studies on the above topics and formed the following common viewpoints on the status quo and major problems in the democratic management of light and textile system enterprises and their countermeasures.
