昆明天湖景秀项目百米高层剪力墙结构住宅采用基础隔震技术,通过铅锌隔震支座和普通橡胶隔震支座的合理布置和设计,取得了良好的隔震效果。对隔震系统偏心率、楼层最小剪力系数、各设防水准支座应力、大震下变形和恢复能力、抗风设计等做了详细分析。采取单向和三向非线性时程分析进行大震包络设计,对重点楼层位移和受拉支座应力进行了重点讨论。针对高层结构隔震设计,归纳了隔震支座的布置原则,提供了实用的设计流程,供工程参考。
Kunming Tianhu Jingxiu project 100-meter high-rise shear wall structure residential base isolation technology, through the lead-zinc shock isolation bearings and ordinary rubber bearings in the rational layout and design, and achieved good isolation effect. The eccentricity of isolation system, the minimum shear coefficient of the floor, the stress of each fortification level, the deformation and recovery ability under the earthquake and the wind resistance design are analyzed in detail. The unidirectional and three-way nonlinear time-history analysis was used to design the large-scale seismic envelope. The stress of the displacement of the key floor and the stress of the tensioned support were discussed emphatically. Aiming at the isolation design of high-rise structures, the principle of the arrangement of isolation bearings is summarized and a practical design flow is provided for engineering reference.
