辽代真寂寺石窟是辽代上京城及其近畿地区保存最好的石窟寺遗址。新近发现的石刻人物图像由苏赫喇嘛和辛慧廷先生共同发现,图像位于联系石窟和山门之间古道沿线的一处岩石之上,整体呈一端坐的契丹人物形象,具有明显的契丹艺术风格。根据图像的基本特征,其内容和性质尚有三种不同的释读方案,分别是:弥勒信仰中的布袋和尚图像系统,阿尔秦式摔跤运动中的摔跤手图像系统,金刚力士信仰中的新式赤裸形金刚力士图像系统等。
Jiaoji Temple Liao Dynasty Grottoes is the capital of the Liao Dynasty and its best preserved in the Kinki area Cave Temple ruins. The newly discovered image of the stone figure was discovered jointly by the Sukhra Lama and Mr. Xin Huiting. The image is located above a rock that links the historic road between the Grottoes and the Gate. The image of the Khitan person sitting at one end shows a clear Khitan artistic style. According to the basic characteristics of the image, there are three different interpretations of its content and nature: the bag monk image system in the Maitreya faith, the image system of the wrestlers in the Alban-style wrestling exercise, the new naked form of the Vajrayana faith Vanguard image system.
