本文研究36种天然药或药用植物的甲醇提取物对氚标记螺环哌啶酮与大鼠脑膜结合作用的影响。精神病治疗药螺环哌啶酮是多巴胺的拮抗剂,与D-2受体能产生特异性结合。Seemann和Creese等证明,抗精神病药和抗巴金森氏病药对氚标记的螺环哌啶酮在D-2受体上特异结合的抑制作用和临床用量之间具有很好的量效关系。
This article studies the effects of methanol extracts of 36 natural or medicinal plants on the binding of tritiated spiroperidone to rat brain membranes. Psychiatric treatment Spirobipiperidin is an antagonist of dopamine that specifically binds to the D-2 receptor. Seemann and Creese et al. Demonstrated that there is a good dose-response relationship between antipsychotics and anti-Parkinson’s agents on the inhibitory effect of tritiated spiroperidone on the D-2 receptor binding to clinical use.
