研究了用微波网络分析仪组成的ＬＤ电光特性测试系统。对采用微带线结构的 光调制器和光检测器电路作了详细分析。并运用系统误差修正的理论和方法对国产ＬＤ 的微波特性和调制特性参数进行了测试，结果表明精度和可靠性达到国外八十年代同类 系统水平。
The LD electro-optical characteristic test system which is composed of microwave network analyzer is studied. The microstrip line structure of the optical modulator and photodetector circuit were analyzed in detail. The theory and method of system error correction were used to test the microwave characteristics and modulation characteristic parameters of domestic LD. The results show that the accuracy and reliability reach the level of similar systems in the 1980s.
