对朱砂在中枢神经系统的某些药理作用进行了研究,结果表明朱砂对中枢神经系统有一定的抑制作用,对正常小鼠自发活动基本无影响,而对注射苯丙胺后处于兴奋状态的小鼠有一定对抗的趋势,且有明显促进水合氯醛催眠作用及对抗戊四氮所致惊厥的作用,但对戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间及士的宁所致惊厥未见有明显影响。朱砂对小鼠无明显急性毒性,大鼠灌胃3wk,肝和肾有一定程度的病理学改变,停药2wk可恢复
Some pharmacological effects of cinnabar on the central nervous system have been studied. The results show that cinnabar has a certain inhibitory effect on the central nervous system, and has no effect on the spontaneous activity of normal mice. However, it has the effect on mice excited by amphetamine injection. There was a certain trend of confrontation, and there was a significant promotion of the hypnotic effect of chloral hydrate and the effect of anti-convulsions induced by pentylenetetrazol, but no significant effect was observed on the sleep time of pentobarbital sodium and seizure caused by strychnine. The cinnabar has no obvious acute toxicity to the mice. The rats were given 3 weeks of gavage and the liver and kidney had a certain degree of pathological changes. The withdrawal of the drug could be restored after 2 weeks.
