对百脉根(Lotus corniculatus L.)根际不同部位溶磷菌进行分离,得到溶磷菌20株。通过溶磷圈法筛选出11株溶磷能力较强的菌株进行液体培养,利用钼蓝比色法测定其溶磷能力。结果表明,各菌株溶磷量在94.35~400.49μg mL-1之间,其中菌株LC15的溶磷量达到400.49μg mL-1。对菌株分泌IAA与有机酸的测定结果显示,菌株溶磷量与培养液有机酸总量、pH值之间不存在显著相关性。11株溶磷菌大部分具有分泌IAA的能力,其中菌株LC20分泌IAA量达到42.39μgmL-1,LC15分泌有机酸量较高,为30.67 mmol L-1,仅次于LC14(32.34 mmol L-1)。综合菌株的溶磷、分泌IAA和有机酸等特性,认为LC15、LC16、LC19、LC20和LC25等5个菌株具有较大的应用潜力。
Phosphate solubilizing bacteria in different parts of Rhizosphere of Lotus corniculatus L. were isolated and 20 strains of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria were obtained. Eleven strains with strong ability of dissolving phosphorus were screened by the solution-dissolving circle method and cultured in liquid. The ability of dissolving phosphorus was determined by molybdenum blue colorimetry. The results showed that the amount of phosphate solubilizing in each strain was between 94.35 and 400.49 μg mL-1, and the amount of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria in strain LC15 reached 400.49 μg mL-1. The results of the determination of IAA and organic acids secreted by the strains showed that there was no significant correlation between the amount of phosphate solubilizing bacteria and the total amount of organic acids in the culture broth and pH value. Most of the 11 strains of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria had IAA secretion capacity. The amount of IAA secreted by strain LC20 reached 42.39μgmL-1, the concentration of organic acid of LC15 was 30.67 mmol L-1, second only to that of LC14 (32.34 mmol L -1 ). Comprehensive strains of phosphorus, secretion of IAA and organic acids and other characteristics, that LC15, LC16, LC19, LC20 and LC25 five strains have great potential applications.
