一、培育壮苗。露地栽培包括春播和夏播。春播茄子育苗期正值严冬季节,一般于1月下旬至2月上旬在温室内播种育苗。1个月后分苗于阳畦内,或于2月中旬至3月上旬直接在阳畦内育苗。苗龄90～100天左右。夏播茄子一般于4月下旬至5月上旬露地播种育苗,选择耐热、耐湿和抗病的品种。育苗初期畦面上搭小拱棚,既可防雨,又可防太阳暴晒,出苗后通风,两叶夹心时分苗一次,苗龄60天左有。
