目的分析国产硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎的临床效果。方法收集我院2015年01月至2016年02月期间诊治的160例阴道炎患者作为研究对象,根据单盲分组法将其分为观察组(80例)与对照组(80例),对照组给予达克宁栓药物治疗,观察组患者给予国产硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗,观察对比两组患者治疗总有效率和复发率。结果组间差异显著,与对照组相比观察组总有效率更高、复发率更低(P<0.05)。结论国产硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎的临床疗效确切,复发病例较少,安全性能更高。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of domestic nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsule in the treatment of vaginitis. Methods 160 cases of vaginitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2016 were collected and divided into observation group (80 cases) and control group (80 cases) according to single blind classification method. The control group Given metronidazole suppository therapy, the observation group were given domestic nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsules treatment was observed and compared the two groups of patients with total effective rate and recurrence rate. Results There was significant difference between the two groups. Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher total effective rate and lower recurrence rate (P <0.05). Conclusion Domestic nifuratel neomycin vaginitis soft capsule for the treatment of vaginitis clinical curative effect is exact, fewer cases of recurrence, higher safety performance.
