目的调查西安市实验小白鼠肠道寄生虫感染情况。方法采用解剖法取小鼠肠道内容物于光镜下检测。结果共检出肠道寄生虫四种:微小膜壳绦虫、管状线虫、四翼无刺线虫和鼠贾第鞭毛虫,并且以混合性感染为主。结论西安市Ⅰ级封闭群ICR小白鼠肠道寄生虫感染严重且多种寄生虫混合感染显著。
Objective To investigate the intestinal parasitic infection of experimental mice in Xi'an. Methods The intestine contents of mice were examined by light microscope. Results Four kinds of intestinal parasites were detected: tapeworm, tubular nematode, four-streaked stinger and Giardia lamblia, and were mainly mixed infections. CONCLUSIONS: The intestinal parasites of ICR mice with grade Ⅰ blocking group in Xi'an were seriously infected and the mixed infections of various parasites were significant.
