党的十七大指出,要推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣,运用高新技术创新文化生活方式,培育新的文化业态,加快构建传输快捷、覆盖广泛的文化传播体系。互联网的快速发展,使它成为文化建设的一个重要载体。税务系统各级领导干部都应充分重视互联网,特别是内部网站的建设,发挥其在税务文化建设中的作用,努力把内部网站建成精神文化家园。

The rapid development of the Internet makes it an important carrier of cultural construction.
