业余学习,这是人们利用业余时间进行的一种劳动。这种劳动既是为了满足业余爱好,也是满足社会需要,所以它是整个社会必要劳动的一个组成部份。现在,广大群众特别是广大中、青年,为了实现四个现代化正在进行着广泛的业余学习活动。业余学习能够出成果、出人才吗?怎么样进行业余学习才能出成果、出人才呢?搞好业余学习需要解决一些什么问题呢?这一讲就谈谈这些问题。
Amateur learning, this is a kind of labor that people use spare time.
