清末新政是清政府在晚年实施的一项重要改革措施,它的目的是挽救统治,但最终没能实现既定目标,清王朝也寿终正寝。本文围绕新政分析阐述,论述了新政失败的必然性和新政加速了清王朝的垮台。
The New Deal in the late Qing Dynasty was an important reform measure implemented by the Qing government in later years. Its purpose was to save the rule, but it eventually failed to achieve its stated goal and the Qing Dynasty came to an end. Based on the analysis of the New Deal, this article discusses the inevitability of the failure of the New Deal and the New Deal to accelerate the collapse of the Qing Dynasty.
