目的: 验证SPECT均匀性的响应与核素的能量无关。方法: 利用GE公司提供的NEMA软件进行测试,对不同点源静态采集40000K计数,各点源采集10次。结果: 直观比较所得图像,图像的均匀性良好,三种点源的图像其密度无差异。对点源57Co、99mTc、131I分别重复测试10次所得的数据显示,其均匀性良好。经方差分析F检验三种不同点源所测得微分均匀性(DU)无显著差别;积分均匀性(IU)无显著差别。结论: 均匀性的响应与光子的能量无关。用能量不同的核素点源均可测试r照相机固有均匀性。
Purpose: To verify that the response of SPECT uniformity is independent of the energy of the nuclide. Method: Using NEMA software provided by GE company to test, collect 40000K static counts from different point sources, and collect 10 times at each point source. Results: Intuitive comparisons of the images obtained showed good uniformity of the images, and there was no difference in the density of the three point source images. The data obtained by repeatedly testing the point sources 57Co, 99mTc, and 131I 10 times each show that the uniformity is good. There was no significant difference in differential uniformity (DU) measured by the variance analysis F-test among three different point sources; there was no significant difference in integral uniformity (IU). Conclusion: The response of homogeneity is independent of photon energy. The intrinsic uniformity of the r-camera can be tested with different energy nuclide point sources.
