在医疗保险制度的改革中。医院首当其冲成为各种医疗关系的汇集点及各项制度、措施具体实施的焦点单位,无疑医改对医院的冲击影响是深刻而巨大的。而做为在医院经济创收中占65％左右的药剂科也必然会受到更大的影响。如何转变观念,积极参加和实施医改,逐步适应市场经济体制的需求,更好的服务于社会,是医院药剂科面临的新课题。
