随着我国“入世”进程的加快，外资银行将全面介入国内金融业务，这将对我国金融业的发展、金融监管和安全带来巨大的挑战。文章认为，对外资银行的引进是一个持续、渐进的过程，对外资银行应采取国民待遇、对等互惠待遇和有限保护主义相结合的策略，以使外资银行能为我国经济建设服务。
With the acceleration of China’s accession to the WTO, foreign banks will be fully involved in the domestic financial business, which will pose a huge challenge to the development of China’s financial industry, financial regulation and safety. The article believes that the introduction of foreign banks is a continuous and gradual process. Foreign banks should adopt the strategy of national treatment, reciprocal reciprocity treatment and limited protectionism so that foreign banks can serve the economic construction of our country.
