Energy-saving technologies and products. American consumers value safety. Some nonprofit nonprofit organizations (“referees”) can set standards, test and issue conformity assessment certificates. The manufacturer (“Athlete ”) can simply declare compliance with these specifications. Commercial organizations purchasing products also require products to meet higher quality requirements. Thus they rate the product themselves. The higher security required by buyers and users of high-risk products and materials and often requiring certification by an independent third-party agency before the product enters the market. Without some form of certification of products in the open market, the possibility of success is very small, it can not be recognized by the market. With the recognition of high-quality products by the market and the increasing recognition of assessment agencies, more manufacturers will be required to join and obtain the corresponding certificate of conformity and enter a virtuous cycle of survival of the fittest.
