The form and content of any work of art are integral parts of the whole, just as spirit and flesh are inseparable. We call the attitude of pursuing the purity of the formality the first to be called the classical school and the attitude of focusing solely on the emotional expression as the romantic school. Classical artists advocate the values of order, reason, and restraint, pursuing purity and harmony, and do their utmost to make existing things perfect instead of creating new forms. They express themselves in works of art through symbolic symbols of universal value, reaching a certain degree of transcendence. In contrast, romance artists praise individual unique feelings, and are always committed to the most direct expression of their emotions. They resist the tradition and express their passion higher than the perfect form. They can discern the “magic and beauty” of life. Their endless desire for art, not only its works of art crafted, picturesque, colorful, but full of passion, magnificent momentum. For them, music is a sensual, pours mind.
