类黄酮是一类具有广泛生化和药理学效应的二苯基丙烷的衍生物 ,它们的抗氧化性和保健作用越来越引起了人们的极大兴趣。本文以盐酸·2 ,2’ -偶氮二 (2 -脒基丙烷 ) (AAPH)—鲁米诺体系产生自由基 ,用化学发光的方法评价了类黄酮的抗氧化能力 ,并对实验结果进行了讨论。
Flavonoids are a class of derivatives of diphenylpropane with a wide range of biochemical and pharmacological effects and their increasing antioxidant and health benefits have drawn increasing interest.
