二十一世纪是知识经济的世纪,知识经济下的企业财务管理得到空前的发展演变。与传统财务管理模式只重视物质资本管理相比,知识经济时代企业财务管理的重点转向知识资本,同时实现了传统财务管理向现代化网络财务管理方式的转变和财务管理本土化向国际化的转变。知识经济以新型知识理论和高科技技术为核心,必将对新时期企业财务管理面貌带来深远影响。知识经济通过管理理念、管理目标、管理内容以及管理策略等环节对企业财务管理产生影响。本文主要分析知识经济下企业财务管理的基本特征和我国企业财务管理的现状,并列举知识经济下企业财务管理创新的思路与策略。
The 21st century is the century of knowledge-based economy, and the financial management under the knowledge-based economy has been unprecedentedly evolved. Compared with the traditional financial management model, which focuses on material capital management, the focus of corporate financial management in the era of knowledge-based economy is shifted to knowledge-based capital. At the same time, the transformation from traditional financial management to modernized network financial management and the localization of financial management to internationalization are realized. With the new knowledge theory and high-tech knowledge as the core, the knowledge economy will surely bring far-reaching impact on the corporate financial management in the new era. Knowledge economy affects corporate financial management through management concepts, management objectives, management content and management strategies. This article mainly analyzes the basic characteristics of the enterprise financial management in the knowledge economy and the current situation of the enterprise financial management in our country, and lists the ideas and tactics of the enterprise financial management innovation in the knowledge economy.
