The widespread use of scientific writing is self-evident. However, for those who work in science and technology, how to obtain a qualified scientific and technical writing can not be valued by everyone. Thus, it is not surprising that this phenomenon seems to have become commonplace in scientific and technical articles with various disadvantages. As everyone knows, a crappy scientific article often eclipses a fruitful research effort. It can be seen that it is imperative to popularize the basic knowledge of science and technology writing.
