采用脑薄片方法,观察损毁中缝背核(DR)、不同光照条件、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、氯氮平和利坦色林对视交叉上核(SCN)神经元昼夜自发放电的影响。结果:①SCN有昼高夜低的自发放电的节律性;②5-HT对SCN神经元自发放电有抑制作用,SCN神经元对5-HT的敏感性呈昼低夜高的节律(P<0.01);③氯氮平和利坦色林均能阻断5-HT对SCN神经元自发放电的抑制作用;④损毁DR后,SCN神经元对5-HT的敏感性增高,结果提示5-HT7样受体可能参与DR的5-HT能纤维对SCN神经元的调节作用。
The effects of dorsal raphe nucleus (DR), different light conditions, 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), clozapine and litan-tanning on the spontaneous and diurnal spontaneous discharges of the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) neurons were observed by using brain slices method. RESULTS: SCN had rhythmicity of spontaneous discharge with high daytime and nighttime; ②The inhibitory effect of 5-HT on spontaneous discharge of SCN neurons; the sensitivity of SCN neurons to 5-HT was rhythm of daytime low night and high night (P <0.01) ; ③ Clozapine andLatanserin can block 5-HT on SCN neuronal spontaneous discharge inhibition; ④ damage DR, SCN neurons on 5-HT sensitivity increased, the results suggest that 5-HT7-like receptor Body may participate in the regulation of SCN neurons by 5-HT fibers of DR.
