水牛家水电站2台机组自2007年投产以来,就一直存在上导外甩油和下导内外甩油等严重缺陷,不仅增加了运行成本,而且给发电机造成了严重污染。2009年6月利用2台机组检修机会对所有甩油部位进行了技术改造,技改后机组运行效果理想,达到了预期目的,提高了机组运行可靠性。文中从2台机组投运以来甩油情况、甩油原因分析、技改方案确定和技改后运行效果分析等几方面阐述了机组甩油技改情况,对混流式高转速机组甩油处理具有一定的参考意义。
Since two units of Buffalo Hydropower Station were put into operation in 2007, there have been serious flaws such as rejection of oil on top of the guide tube and rejection of oil inside and outside the guide, which not only increase the operating cost but also cause serious pollution to the generator. In June, 2009, all the oil scraping sites were technically rebuilt by using the maintenance chance of 2 units. After the technical innovation, the operation of the unit was satisfactory, which achieved the expected purpose and improved the operation reliability of the unit. In this paper, the technical conditions of oil rejection in the unit are expounded from the aspects of oil rejection, the cause of oil rejection, the determination of technological transformation and the analysis of the operation effect after the technological transformation.
