通过田间试验,检验雌花盛花期喷施硼酸(B)、尿素(N)、糖(S)复合肥料对盛果期新温185号核桃粗脂肪含量的影响,以期为新疆南疆盆地新温185号核桃根外肥料的科学施用提供解决方案。采用了“3414”喷施肥料效应田间试验和多元线性逐步回归分析相结合的方法。结果显示,新温185号核桃粗脂肪含量的常用对数与硼酸(B)、尿素(N)的喷施浓度及二者的交互作用(B×N)存在显著的线性相关关系(P<0.05),且与B、N的喷施浓度呈显著正相关,与B×N呈显著负相关。糖(S)的喷施浓度与新温185号核桃粗脂肪含量常用对数的相关性不显著(P>0.05)。新温185号核桃雌花盛花期硼酸(含硼17.49%)的适宜喷施浓度为3.8533g·L-1,尿素(含氮46%)的适宜喷施浓度为5.906 7 g·L-1,理论粗脂肪含量期望值可达65.493 8 mg·g-1。雌花盛花期喷施硼酸和尿素的复合肥料对盛果期新温185号核桃的粗脂肪含量产生了正效应。
The effects of boric acid (B), urea (N) and sugar (S) compound fertilizers on the crude fat content of Xinwen 185 during full-fruit stage were tested by field experiments. The scientific application of walnut root fertilizer to provide solutions. There was no significant correlation between the spraying concentration of sugar (S) and the common logarithm of walnut crude fat content of Xinwen 185 (P> 0.05). The optimum spraying concentration of newborvae (including 17.49% boron) was 3.8533g · L-1 in Xinhua No.151 and 5.906 7 g · L-1 in urea (46% of nitrogen) The expected value of crude fat content can reach 65.493 8 mg · g-1. The compound fertilizers with boric acid and urea sprayed at female flowers had a positive effect on the crude fat content of Xinwen 185 walnuts in the full fruit stage.
