随着喉生物力学,神经解剖学,神经生理的进展,神经喉科学已演变成为耳鼻咽喉科学的一个新分支。它为那些涉及到喉的感觉传入和运动控制提供越来越多的信息。本研究总结了过去三年里对80例对象所作的神经喉科学的评估资料。神经喉科学评价包括有喉肌电图、喉反射肌电图、喉脑干诱发电位。首先予以动态喉镜录像,然后根据病人情况分别对喉声门的运动,病灶定位及疾病预后作出评估。对应用各种新设备及技术的策略部分别加以讨论,并且对运用神经喉科学的知识来制定治疗方针,特别是Botox注射,神经吻合术,喉运动控制器的应用予以讨论。作者认为神经喉科学的发展和运用将会促使我们更好地理解喉中枢控制下的呼吸、吞咽、发声和这些功能之间的协调,以改善由于无论是中枢或者是外周器官结构缺陷和功能障碍引起的疾病诊断及治疗。
With advances in throat biomechanics, neuroanatomy, and neurophysiology, neurovascular science has evolved into a new branch of otolaryngology. It provides more and more information for the sensory input and motor control involving the larynx. This study summarizes the assessment data of neuroradiology performed on 80 subjects over the past three years. Neurological laryngology evaluations include laryngeal electromyography, throat reflex electromyography, and laryngeal brainstem response. First dynamic laryngoscope video, and then according to the patient’s situation respectively, the movement of the laryngeal door, lesion location and disease prognosis to make an assessment. Strategies for applying various new devices and technologies are discussed separately, and the use of neuro-laryngology knowledge to develop treatment guidelines, particularly Botox injections, neuro-anastomosis, and laryngeal motion controllers, is discussed. The authors believe that the development and use of neurovascular science will prompt us to better understand the respiratory, swallowing, vocalizations and coordination among these functions under the control of the throat center to improve the quality of life as a result of structural defects and dysfunction in either central or peripheral organs Cause of disease diagnosis and treatment.
