中国的经济改革始于1978年的十一届三中全会,而俄罗斯的经济改革则始于1990年6月,两国对改革路径模式的不同选择以及改革中形成的经验教训引起了全世界的关注。中国在市场经济体制改革中暴露出来的一些问题让人们又开始讨论俄罗斯所谓的激进式改革和中国的渐进式改革孰优孰劣,本文试图对比中、俄两国进行改革的背景、改革路径的选择以及分析在不同模式下改革所带来的社会问题,提出自己的一些观点
China's economic reform started in the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee in 1978, while Russia's economic reform began in June 1990. The different options for the reform path mode and the lessons learned in the reforms have caused global attention. Some problems exposed by China in the reform of the market economy system have led people to start discussing the pros and cons of Russia's so-called radical reform and China's gradual reform. This article attempts to compare the background of reform in China and Russia and the path of reform Choose and analyze the social problems brought about by the reform in different modes and put forward some opinions of our own
