洪水无情人有情。在今年百年不遇的洪灾面前,作为政府职能部门的民政部门,尽职尽责,做了大量艰苦细致的工作。目前,洪水已退,抗洪取得决定性胜利,灾民得到妥善安置,但负责救灾救济工作的民政部门仍有大量工作要做,任务繁重,责任重大。为此,本刊特约几个受灾省份的民政厅长谈一谈今后的工作安排,以飨读者。
Flood no lover affectionate. In the face of this unprecedented flood of this year, the civil affairs department, as the functional department of the government, has done a great deal of hard and meticulous work due to its due diligence. At present, floods have retreated, the decisive victory has been achieved in flood fighting, and the victims have been properly resettled.
