1995年6月6日,一位离休干部在天津病逝了。他是大连人,抗战期间。他曾担负过党赋予他的特殊的使命。 1 1941年太平洋战争爆发后,中共北方局决定选派一批政治、文化素质高的干部到敌占区去,调查了解敌情,开展敌后工作。时任华北联合大学军训处情报参谋的潘清平,接受组织派遣来到大连。潘清平原籍大连,1937年高中毕业后,奔赴延安参加革命,1938年4月入党。先后在西北青年训练班、陕北公学、中共党员训练班学习过,曾聆听过毛泽东、刘少奇、周恩来、陈云、李富春等同志的讲课。这次到大连从事地下工作对潘清平来说,正是大显身手的极好机会。

He studied lectures at Mao Zedong, Liu Shaoqi, Zhou Enlai, Chen Yun, Li Fuchun and other comrades successively in Northwest Youth Training Course, Northern Shaanxi Public School and Communist Party Member Training Course. The underground work in Dalian this time is an excellent opportunity for Pan Qingping.
