随着我国经济的迅速发展,社会需要人才,而培养人才就得从孩子抓起,从小就培养他们的主观能动性,在课堂上积极参与活动,培养他们的创新思维和发散思维,开发个人潜能等各方面的能力。然而,采取互动式的教学模式便是现阶段小学教学中的重要任务。如何能在互动式的课堂教学中取得有效成果是我们值得深思、考虑的问题。
