面神经包含有来源于面肌的感觉纤维,从检查面神经的感觉纤维入手,研究刺激Ramsay-Hunt氏区躯体感觉所诱发的皮层反应。记录皮层反应采用双导导联,一个导联置于刺激神经对侧的中央沟角后区,另一导联置于刺激神经对侧的中央沟角前区,共用参考电极为刺激神经对侧的耳垂,重建对侧顶额导联可消除部分刺激伪迹。报道8例正常人及5例周围性面瘫患者耳甲电刺激所得到的体感诱发电位结果。全部面神经正常侧均得到可重复的、明显
The facial nerve contains sensory fibers derived from facial muscles, starting with examining the sensory fibers of the facial nerve to study the cortical responses induced by somatosensory sensations in Ramsay-Hunt’s area.
