口服仙人球提取液30g/kg～60g/kg(相当于新鲜生药量),可抑制小鼠S_(180)肉瘤及Lewis肺癌实体瘤的生长,并可使荷瘤鼠生存期延长。用动物口服仙人球液后的血清进行体外实验,与正常对照动物血清比较,含仙人球血清明显抑制小鼠EAC肿瘤细胞的生长。含仙人球血清亦可明显抑制YAC-1肿瘤细胞DNA的合成。在抑制肿瘤生长的同时,口服仙人球提取液能提高小鼠脾空斑形成细胞数,并不减少血液白细胞数,说明其并不抑制机体免疫功能,相反有一定促进机体免疫功能的作用。
Oral cactus extract 30g/kg ~ 60g/kg (equivalent to the amount of fresh crude drug), can inhibit the growth of S 180 sarcoma and solid tumor of Lewis lung cancer, and can extend the survival period of tumor-bearing mice. The sera from animals after oral administration of cactus were tested in vitro. Compared with the serum of normal control animals, C. sinensis serum significantly inhibited the growth of mouse EAC tumor cells. Cactus containing serum also significantly inhibited DNA synthesis in YAC-1 tumor cells. While suppressing tumor growth, Oral Cactus Extract can increase the number of spleen plaque-forming cells in mice and does not reduce the number of blood leukocytes, indicating that it does not inhibit the body’s immune function, but on the contrary has a role in promoting the body’s immune function.
