1材料和方法收集潜伏期病人粪便，以0．01mol／LPBS液制成20％粪提取液，静脉（10ml／只）和灌胃（20ml／只）接种恒河猴，再以阳性猴粪便经口传代。以一只猴灌阴性粪便液并行检测对照。每日收集粪便和隔日血液标本1周，继每周粪便，每月血清一次6个月。2只灌胃的猴在第4日手术
1 Materials and Methods Latent patients’ stools were collected, 20% feces extract was made with 0.01mol / L LPBS solution, and the rhesus monkeys were inoculated intravenously (10ml / only) and gavage (20ml / only) generation. A monkey with negative fecal solution was tested in parallel. Collect faeces and blood samples every other day for 1 week, followed by weekly feces, once a month for 6 months. Two gavaged monkeys underwent surgery on the fourth day
