为探讨防喘固本方预防支气管哮喘发作的机理,本文观察了该方对致敏大鼠血浆及肺环腺苷酸(cAMP)和环鸟苷酸(cGMP)的影响。实验将各待测管取样品0.1ml,加酰化试剂6μl,依次加入0.1μl~(125)Ⅰ-cAMP或~(125)Ⅰ-cGMP。cAMP抗血清或cGMP抗血清混匀后置4℃培养24h。次日加入第二抗体和正常兔血清各0.1ml,混匀后置10℃培育1h。4000rev/min离心25min。抽去上清液,在γ计数器上测量。一、防喘固本方对致敏大鼠血浆环核苷酸的影响大鼠致敏后,血浆cAMP含量明显下降,与正常组比较有极显著差异。给药组cAMP无明显降低,接近正常组,与对照组比较,有显著意义。致敏后,大鼠血浆cGMP升高,其中雌鼠更为
In order to investigate the mechanism of Fangchuan Gufang’s prevention of bronchial asthma attack, the effects of this prescription on the plasma and cAMP and cGMP of sensitized rats were observed. Experiments took 0.1 ml of each sample tube, added 6 μl of acylating reagent, and added 0.1 μl of 125 I-cAMP or 125 I-cGMP in turn.
