社会主义初级阶段的理论,是1981年6月党的十一届六中全会的决议中第一次提出来的,党的十三大报告又进行了系统阐述。这一理论是邓小平同志提出的建设有中国特色的社会主义理论的一个重要组成部分,是对马克思主义的重大发展,是党制定路线和政策的根本依据。它的提出标志着我们党在理论上更加成熟了。正确认识我国现在所处的社会主义初级阶段的性质、特征、主要矛盾和党的基本路线,对于提高贯彻执行党的十一届三中全会以来所制定的一系列方针政策的自觉性具有极为重要的意义。
The theory of the primary stage of socialism was first proposed in the resolution passed at the 6th Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee in June 1981 and the 13th CPC National Congress report was systematically expounded. This theory is an important part of Comrade Deng Xiaoping's theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, a major development of Marxism, and a fundamental basis for the party to formulate its own line and policies. Its proposal marks that our party is more mature in theory. A correct understanding of the nature, characteristics, major contradictions and the party's basic line of the initial stage of socialism in our country now is of great importance in raising awareness of implementing a series of guidelines and policies formulated since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee Meaning.
