台政函〔2014〕100号各县(市、区)人民政府,市政府直属各单位:为了贯彻落实《国务院关于深化预算管理制度改革的决定》(国发〔2014〕45号)、《浙江省人民政府办公厅关于进一步加强省级财政专项资金管理工作的通知》(浙政办函〔2014〕66号)和《浙江省人民政府关于实施省级财政专项资金竞争性分配改革的通知》(浙政函〔2013〕145号)精神,现就进一步加强市级财政专项资金管理工作和市级财政专项资金竞争性分配试点工作通知如下:
