自去年4月至今年2月，中石油、中石化、中海油三大石油相继在海外成功上市，说明我国石油石化行业的调整和体制改革取得了显著成效，也标志着我国石油石化企业向市场化、国际化转变迈出了重要的步伐。随着我国经济的持续发展、体制改革的不断深入和加入WTO日期的临近，三大公司还应根据国内外石油市场的变化，参照国外大型石油集团及上市公司的经营管理经验，进一步调整发展战略，加强规范管理，提高直接参与国际竞争的能力。
