目的湿疹乳膏在贮存期内干燥开裂,影响乳膏的品质,在一定温度范围内,研究乳膏的失水规律,建立失水率随温度变化的数学模型,优选最佳保湿处方。方法在模拟温度为25~65℃时测量乳膏50h内的失水率随时间的变化规律,拟合湿疹乳膏失水百分率随时间变化的数学模型,并探索失水速度常数与温度之间关系。结果通过测定湿疹乳膏的失水百分率变化,拟合出湿疹乳膏的失水率与温度之间的数学模型,并得到阿伦尼乌斯方程,筛选出保湿剂含量中等的处方二为最佳保湿处方。结论该模型拟合度高,可以有效地预测湿疹乳膏50h内的水分损失规律。
Objective Eczema cream dry and cracked during storage, affecting the quality of cream, in a certain temperature range, the law of water loss of cream, the establishment of a mathematical model of water loss with temperature, preferably the best moisturizing prescription. Methods The change law of water loss rate of cream during 50h was measured at simulated temperature of 25 ~ 65 ℃. The mathematical model of the percentage change of water loss of eczema cream with time was fitted and the relationship between water loss rate constant and temperature was explored relationship. Results By measuring the percentage change of water loss of eczema cream, the mathematical model between the water loss rate and temperature of eczema cream was fitted, and the Arrhenius equation was obtained. The prescription with medium content of humectant was the best Good moisturizing prescription. Conclusion The model has high fitting degree and can effectively predict the law of water loss within 50 hours of eczema cream.
