展平机组在铝带材进入冷轧机前使其产生反复的拉伸弯曲变形,改善板形的同时,也改善了带材的残余应力分布,对带材的轧制过程有着重要的影响.本文以某厂的2450冷轧铝板带生产线的五辊展平机组为研究对象,运用Abaqus有限元软件对其展平过程进行仿真研究,并提出了相关的评价指标.文中对不同类型的板形缺陷带材进行了系统的仿真计算,探讨了不同的塑性变形程度对展平过程及效果的影响规律.结果表明,对于不同板形缺陷的带材,最优的展平参数与其板形有关.
Flattening unit before the aluminum strip into the cold rolling mill to make it repeatedly tensile bending deformation, improve the shape of the strip, but also to improve the residual stress distribution of the strip, the strip rolling process has an important impact. In this paper, a five-roll flattening unit of a 2450 cold-rolled aluminum strip production line of a factory is taken as the research object, and its flattening process is simulated by Abaqus finite element software and relevant evaluation indexes are put forward.
