由于我们对激光电气控制系统和钕玻璃棒的参数等作了较为周密的考虑和设计,已研制成一套能长时间稳定输出中等能量的钕玻璃激光焊接系统,并成功地用于工业生产。该系统在输出能量为50焦耳、脉冲宽度为2.5毫秒的情况下,能以每分钟30次的重复频率连续工作8小时以上。除焊接了有关单位使用的特种材料外,已焊接了二万套“204”轴承。经检验,质量合格,已由用户使用。本文着重描述了该钕玻璃激光器和激光电气控制系统的设计特点、性能以及用于焊接的概况。
Due to the careful consideration and design of the parameters of the laser electrical control system and the neodymium glass rod, we have developed a neodymium glass laser welding system capable of stably outputting moderate energy for a long time and have been successfully used in industrial production. The system can work continuously for more than 8 hours at a repetition rate of 30 times per minute with an output energy of 50 Joules and a pulse width of 2.5 milliseconds. In addition to the welding of the special materials used by the units, 20,000 sets of “204” bearings have been welded. After testing, the quality of qualified, has been used by users. This article highlights the design features, performance, and profile of the neodymium glass laser and laser electrical control system for soldering.
