我院儿科于近年来遇到一些敌敌畏皮肤接触中毒病儿,临床表现与一般常见经消化道或呼吸道中毒者多有不同,常致误诊,为引起重视,特将资料完整17例提出报告。一、一般资料均系浓敌敌畏洒于头发、内衣裤等用以灭虱,而接触皮肤中毒。年龄最小10月,最大11岁,平均5 1/2岁。潜伏期最短3小时,最长78小时,平均18 1/2小时。二、症状与体征 (一) 接触局部可见皮肤渐红、丘疹、水泡、水泡擦破者可有渗液。
