病历摘要患者左××,女,9岁。因口唇发绀,全身青紫近2小时,于1974年11月10日下午8时入院。患儿平素健康,食欲好。在入院的当天中午同其弟妹共食腌泡青菜后,不久自感头晕,周身乏力,恶心,但无发热、呕吐及腹泻。下午5时,其父发现患儿口唇青紫,全身发凉,即急送来院就诊。入院时检查:体温35.5℃(腋下),脉搏102次/分,呼吸30次/分,血压100/70毫米汞柱。精神萎靡,呈重病容。口唇
