图书馆作为高校中最丰富、最重要的资源部门,为了产生更大的应用价值,提高图书馆绩效评价的科学性和正确性是必要的,指标体系的建立和权重的确定也是同等重要。根据指标体系构建全面性和科学性原则以及定量与定性评价相结合原则,介绍了图书馆评估指标的影响因素、熵值法和构建图书馆绩效评估指标,并结合有关资料初步得出适应图书馆的绩效评价指标体系和计量标准,同时也提出了运用熵值法对其进行评价,该方法的评价模型得出的评价结果更加客观、准确。
As the most abundant and important resource department in colleges and universities, it is necessary to improve the scientific and correctness of library performance evaluation in order to produce greater application value. The establishment of index system and the determination of weight are equally important. According to the principle of comprehensive and scientific construction of index system and the combination of quantitative and qualitative evaluation, the paper introduced the influencing factors of library evaluation index, the entropy method and the construction of library performance evaluation index. Based on the relevant data, The performance evaluation index system and the measurement standard, and also puts forward the method of using entropy method to evaluate it. The evaluation model of this method leads to more objective and accurate evaluation results.
