本实验用银杏叶单黄酮山奈酚（Ｋ），斜皮素（Ｑ）等对血管紧张素转换酶（ＡＣＥ）做实验。山奈酚，槲皮素对ＡＣＥ的抑制率分别是７４％、５３％。Ｉｃ５０（半数抑制浓度）是０．８０ｍｇ／ｍｌ及１．１ｍｇ／ｍｌ；银杏苦内酯Ｂ（Ｂ）对ＡＣＥ的抑制率是５７％，Ｉｃ５０是１．０ｍｇ／ｍｌ。
In this experiment, angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) was tested with ginkgo leaf monoflavonoid kaempferol (K) and puerarin (Q). The inhibition rates of ACE by kaempferol and quercetin were 74% and 53%, respectively. Ic50 (half inhibitory concentration) was 0.80 mg/ml and 1.1 mg/ml; Ginkgo Biloba Lactone B (B) had an inhibition rate of 57% for ACE and Ic50 was 1.0 mg/ml.
