本实验用银杏叶单黄酮山奈酚(K),斜皮素(Q)等对血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)做实验。山奈酚,槲皮素对ACE的抑制率分别是74%、53%。Ic50(半数抑制浓度)是0.80mg/ml及1.1mg/ml;银杏苦内酯B(B)对ACE的抑制率是57%,Ic50是1.0mg/ml。
In this experiment, angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) was tested with ginkgo leaf monoflavonoid kaempferol (K) and puerarin (Q). The inhibition rates of ACE by kaempferol and quercetin were 74% and 53%, respectively. Ic50 (half inhibitory concentration) was 0.80 mg/ml and 1.1 mg/ml; Ginkgo Biloba Lactone B (B) had an inhibition rate of 57% for ACE and Ic50 was 1.0 mg/ml.
