我们于1983年6月对青海地区7—84岁的土族进行了一次色觉调查,并对当地部分汉族也作了调查,以资对比。结果:检查2,157名土族中有色盲80人,色盲率为3.71%,男性为5.78%,女性为0.58%。调查902名汉族中有色盲42人,色盲率为4.66%,男性为6.50%,女性为0.37%。土族女性色盲率高于理论值,汉族女性色盲率略低于理论值。土族红色盲与绿色盲之比例为21:42=1:2,汉族红色盲与绿色盲之比例为11:21=1:1.9。推算出土族的色盲基因频率为0.0578,色盲基因携带者频率为10.89%;汉族的色盲基因频率为0.0650,色盲基因携带者频率为120.16%。
In June 1983, we conducted a color vision survey of the Tu ethnic groups aged from 7 to 84 years in Qinghai, and investigated local Han nationalities in order to compare them. RESULTS: There were 80 colorectal blindness among 2,157 Tu ethnicities. The colorblindness rate was 3.71%, 5.78% for males and 0.58% for females. 402 Han people were screened for color blindness, 42 with color blindness rate of 4.66%, 6.50% for men and 0.37% for women. The colorblindness rate of Tu women is higher than the theoretical value, and the colorblindness rate of Han women is slightly lower than the theoretical value. The ratio of Tu’s red blindness to green blindness is 21:42=1:2, and the ratio of Han’s red blindness to green blindness is 11:21=1:1.9. It is deduced that the color blindness gene frequency of the Tu ethnic group is 0.0578, the frequency of the color blindness gene carrier is 10.89%, the frequency of the color blindness gene of the Han nationality is 0.0650, and the frequency of the color blindness gene carrier is 120.16%.
