1984年10～12月作者赴日本长野县鹿教汤和奥鹿教汤两个康复专门医院(康复中心)进行了研修考察,并参观了县内其它康复设施。两个医院均以收容脑卒中及后遗症为主。故本文谈一下日本脑卒中的康复医疗。一、康复的概念及日本的康复医疗体制康复(rehabilitation)在不同的历史阶段和不同的国家,有不同的认识,不同的内容。残废人的康复即使其争取象其它社会成员一样去平等地生活、工作和致力于社会进步,
From October to December 1984, the author went to two rehabilitation hospitals (rehabilitation centers) in Nagano, Nagano Prefecture, Japan for a study tour and visited other rehabilitation facilities in the prefecture. Both hospitals mainly accommodate strokes and sequelae. Therefore, this article talks about stroke medical rehabilitation in Japan. First, the concept of rehabilitation and the rehabilitation of Japan’s rehabilitation medical system have different understandings and different contents in different historical stages and in different countries. Rehabilitation of disabled people even if they strive to live, work and commit themselves to social progress as equally as other members of society.
