Sino-Australian Joint Venture Shanghai Wanzhong Air Conditioning International Co., Ltd. is composed of Wanzhong Automotive Air Conditioner Factory and Australian International Air Conditioning Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Shanghai Aerospace Bureau Xinjiang Machinery Factory. It was recently approved by the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government on March 23, 1995. The company has a total investment of 20 million U.S. dollars and a registered capital of 8.2 million U.S. dollars, with each party accounting for 50% of the shares. The newly established company will participate in the 11th Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition held at Shanghai International Exhibition Center and Shanghai Exhibition Center from June 27 to July 2, 1995 to promote its design, production and sales of vehicles. Air conditioners and heaters (including compressors) and refrigeration units for refrigerated and refrigerated vehicles, with cooling capacity and heating capacity of 12.6 to 126MJ. The types of products include truck air conditioning, construction vehicle air conditioning, passenger car air conditioning, van air conditioning, and large passenger
