本文介绍了上海市崇明县2004年国有资产管理工作的一些思路和打算,提出区县国资要合理布局,激活行政性资产,盘活资源性资产,用活上市公司。
This paper introduces some thoughts and plans of state-owned assets management in Chongming County in 2004. It proposes that the state-owned assets of the districts and counties should be rationally laid out, activating administrative assets, activating resource assets and using listed companies.
